Tsalka Canyon (previously Dashbashi Canyon) is a steep mountain valley in Georgia’s Tsalka Municipality, 100 kilometers west of Tbilisi. Long popular with travelers, the canyon has grown even more enticing since a tourist center was built on the site in the summer of 2021, offering a variety of possibilities for comfort and adventure in a magnificent environment.
The canyon, which is 7 kilometers long and 300 meters deep, was produced by erosion on a volcanic plateau. This natural marvel is distinguished by steep slopes covered with rich flora, at the foot of which the Khrami River runs. Tsalka Canyon’s main draw, however, is its beautiful cluster of flowing waterfalls. Their emerald waters shimmer among the lush green flora in the summer, while the waterfalls ice in the winter, creating a cold fantasy environment.
The Diamond Bar
The Diamond Bar was conceived and developed by Tomer Mor Yosef, Vice President of Kass Group, and it took three years to build with the help of teams from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany who had to build the building out of steel and glass without damaging the canyon’s stunning natural grandeur.
The translucent Diamond Bar is the world’s largest and highest hanging construction, and it is vying for a Guinness World Record. It weighs 9 tons and can accommodate 2,000 people at once.
