- After the group has gathered on Liberty Square, the tour begins at 9:00 am.
- We will depart from Tbilisi between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.
- We'll be at Sataplia in 4-4:30 hours.
- Sataplia Managed Reserve is located in Tskaltubo municipality, Imereti region, and has footprints of several epochs of Herbivorous and Raptor dinosaurs. Sataplia dinosaurs are distinguished from Europian dinosaurs by the name "Satapliazaurus."
- After exploring Sataplia, we'll have lunch at one of Kutaisi's best cafés.
Then we'll head to our final and most spectacular destination, Prometheus Cave.
- Prometheus Cave is a world-renowned natural beauty wonder and a must-see in Georgia. A visit to the cave, which is adorned with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, is a trip into a fantastic underground world.
Prometheus Cave formed in the Sataphlia-Tskaltubo karst massif 60-70 million years ago. While it is believed to be Georgia's largest cave, its precise size is unknown as excavation work continues. Visitors can, however, enter a 1.8km long section of the cave, which is considered to represent only 10% of the total length of the cave.
